Juice Recipes for Anxiety – Mean Green

This is Joe Cross’ Fat Sick & Nearly Dead recipe called Mean Green.

Granny smiths are recommended, but you can use your favorite apples.

Ingredients

  • Apples – 3 medium (3″ dia) 364g
  • Celery – 5stalk, large (11″-12″ long) 256g
  • Cucumber – 1 cucumber (8-1/4″) 301g
  • Ginger Root – 1 thumb (1″ dia) 24g
  • Kale – 6 leaf (8-12″) 210g
  • Lemon – 1 fruit (2-3/8″ dia) 42g

Directions

Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.

Natural juice is very necessary for the body because with it we are bringing all the necessary vitamins in the body in a natural way.

For an organism to have enough power needs vitamins that make strong and help from colds and bacteria.
For anxiety to help has to be entered as several vitamins and to the body has energy.

Anxiety makes a person weak and without energy.
But because by drinking natural juice we give you more energy and anxiety win.
